Face-to-Face Therapy

I offer in-person sessions in calm, private therapy rooms in both Edinburgh (22 Forth Street, EH1 3LH) and Dalkeith (6a Newmills Road, EH22 1DU)

Online Therapy

If you prefer the ease of accessing therapy from home—or need more flexibility—online sessions might suit you best. I use secure, encrypted platforms like psychologytoday.com, doxy.me or WhatsApp, ensuring our conversations are both safe and confidential.
